Kenjo Raises €5.1 M in Funding for Employee Engagement Solution

Kenjo, a Berlin, Germany-based HR software startup, raised €5m in seed funding. The round was led by Redalpine.

“In HR, Covid has meant that remote work comes in which has created new problems around issues like engagement, communication, culture, onboarding, performance, etc,” CEO David Padilla said. “The value proposition for employees didn’t exist 10 years ago but the power balance between employee and employer has totally changed. Flexibility, career development, and growth are now key factors.”

The company intends to use the funds for product development.
