Leena AI raises $8M in Series A

Delhi-based Leena AI, which offers an artificial intelligence (AI)-backed platform for human resource management, said it has raised $8 million in a Series A round of funding. Venture capital firm Greycroft led the round, with individual participation from its chairman Alan Patricof, Cornerstone OnDemand founder Adam Miller and Jim Moffatt, the former chairman/CEO of Deloitte Consulting.

“Legacy internal helpdesks are simply not meeting the needs of the world’s top enterprises. They are not user friendly, are tough to deploy and lack intelligence. Leena AI Service Delivery suite changes that – bringing the consumer experience to enterprise employees,” CEO Adit Jain said, noting that their platform strives to become “Siri for enterprise employees.”

With this funding, Leena AI said it will deploy the capital to expand its go-to-market programs and accelerate product development which would enable the world’s top enterprises to modernize slow legacy internal helpdesk systems and elevate the experience of their employees.
