Tovuti, Inc., a Boise, Idaho-based SaaS learning management system provider, raised $8m in Series A funding. The round was led by Blueprint Equity and ScOp Venture Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Kevin O’Connor, Managing Partner of ScOp Venture Capital, joined Tovuti’s board along with Sheldon Lewis, Managing Partner of Blueprint.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to to grow its engineering, development, and client support teams throughout to better serve customers, add new software features and scale the business.
