365Talents, a Lyon, France-based career development company, raised $12M in Series A funding. Backers included iXO Private Equity, Citizen Capital, Ventech, Axeleo Capital, and Alliance Entreprendre.

365Talents makes skills management and development child’s play for HR teams in leading companies. The platform leverages artificial intelligence to detect all the skills of employees in real time and facilitate their career development. With its skills intelligence engine, the platform detects, assesses and harnesses every employees’ skills and expertise in any language and empowers them by automatically matching their talents to missions, jobs, or training opportunites.

The company intends to use the funds to expand internationally, particularly targeting northern Europe, and continue the development of its skills and career management AI technology.
