Equality Check Raises €1.25M to Improve Diversity and Inclusion

Equality Check, an Oslo, Norway-based crowd-sourced employee review platform, raised €1.25m in seed funding. The Norwegian venture capital fund Alliance Venture lead the round, together with several angel investors and the global early-stage VC Antler.

Marie Louise Sunde, founder and CEO of Equality Check says, “All organisations need help to interpret their own data, understand where they can improve and learn what measures to implement to improve diversity and inclusion.”

The company intends to use the funds for product development and international expansion.
