Swyg Raises €1M in Pre-Seed Funding
Swyg, a Dublin, Ireland-based platform that combines human insight with AI to reduce bias in recruitment, raised €1M ($1.2M) in pre seed funding. The round was led by Frontline Ventures alongside angel investors including Charles Bibby (Co-founder, Pointy) & Martin Henk (Co-founder, Pipedrive).
“Swyg is on a mission to make hiring simple and human again by giving every candidate a chance to shine, regardless of background or origin,” said CEO Vincent Lonij. “We want to make it easier for candidates to find the right job and for companies to hire the right people. The only way to achieve this is by combining the best aspects of human adaptability and AI efficiency in the hiring process.”
The company intends to use the funds to grow its technical and product team and to further develop its platform.
