Top raises $300K for employee recruitment

Top, a Colombian employee recruitment platform, raised $300K in pre-Seed funding. Among the investors participating in this round was Magma Partners, along with various angel investors including members of the Rappi founding team, co-founders of Truora, co-founders of OmniLatam, and co-founders of Platzi.
“The funding round includes mainly solo founders who give us access to knowledge and first-hand experience from working with their business,” said Santiago Aparicio, CEO of Top.
Access to the Top platform is obtained with a monthly subscription of $29. Through the platform, companies have access to recruitment markets in more than 150 countries. “It is a way of democratizing the recruitment process, enabling companies to hire talent from across the world,” continued Aparicio.
